Unfortunately Eric, as well as many other Black Hills divorce attorneys are very busy.

If are you representing yourself in a divorce case there is a a free legal clinic providing assistance with divorce and custody forms will be held in Rapid City on Monday, March 2, 2026.


The legal clinic is presented by WORKS Clinic of the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law with assistance from the State Bar of South Dakota and the South Dakota Bar Foundation. Participant eligibility requirements apply. Both parties must be self-represented, and one party must live in South Dakota.
