Morriss, Appeal 31118 , arguing the issues of implied contracts, express contracts, ratification, as well as the plain error standard regarding the circuit court's Findings of Facts and Conclusions of Law for the award of attorney fees from abuse of process. Last week, attorney Eric Schlimgen  had the opportunity to step out of the courtroom and into a local middle school classroom for Career Day—and it was a reminder of just how curious (and sharp) the next generation really is. Eric is used to tough battles in the courtroom, but competing with a police officer and firefighter on career day was one for the books!
